I was quite disappointed with this online course, particularly regarding one of the assessors. She seemed rude and impatient, showing little interest in assisting me despite my difficulties in understanding her feedback. Although she apologized for her rudeness, she was not helpful initially and seemed indifferent to my progress. I couldn't complete the course due to health issues and financial difficulties, and despite my requests for more manageable payment options, they only offered to halve the monthly payments. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this service. Think carefully before committing, considering how life changes might impact your ability to continue.
