When I enrolled in 2024, I noticed some concerns in the negative reviews but chose to proceed. Sadly, my experience with AOL turned out to be the most disappointing educational journey I've had. After dedicating two years of my resources and energy, I had to leave because of inadequate support, despite my efforts. The tutors were slow to grade assignments, often unavailable, and communication with students was severely lacking. The institution displayed minimal care or real interest in student development. Being told to retake the course after two years felt unfair and disheartening. I wasn't informed about the requirement to start over until I reached out, nearly completing the course after three years. I had originally recommended this institution to three friends, all of whom also ended up leaving feeling frustrated and exhausted. Although this experience was discouraging, I'm determined not to let it hinder my progress. I'm now moving forward with a new educational environment that values and assists its learners.
