Big shoutout to Assured Energy — specifically Damien (and Jason lurking in the background somewhere). I usually handle my own electricity deals because, let’s be honest, brokers can feel like those people who talks a lot but not getting anywhere... But Damien? Different breed. Somehow, he managed to make sorting an electricity contract feel… dare I say… pleasant. He actually remembered my name (miracle), my business issues (another miracle), and gave me direct contact so I didn’t have to repeat myself a hundred times.
