I’ve used other trusted brands like Vanish and The Pink Stuff for years without issue, so this was a first.What followed was a series of dismissive responses, shifting blame onto me, the fabric, the label language, and even the stain itself. At no point did the company acknowledge any possibility that their product could be at fault, despite numerous similar complaints and poor reviews online.The customer service was condescending, defensive, and completely lacking in empathy.
