’ve worked with many corporate service providers over the years, and my experience with Astra Trust has been one of the most disappointing.Their website promises professionalism and efficiency, but in reality, the process has been slow, disorganized, and far below industry standards. Compared to other firms I’ve worked with, their level of service and attention to detail is seriously lacking.One of the most frustrating aspects has been their communication. I’ve had to send the same question multiple times (literally copy-pasting it across three separate emails) without ever getting a proper response. They routinely ignore key parts of my emails and only reply to what they feel like addressing, if at all.On top of that, once you’re onboarded, they essentially dump a stack of generic Word forms on you and expect you to complete everything yourself. While it’s standard to fill out due diligence questionnaires, most reputable firms pre-fill the rest of the corporate paperwork and send it to you for signature. Astra Trust offers none of that, just templates and zero guidance.If you’re looking for responsive, professional support and an efficient incorporation process, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are far better providers in this space.
