Unprofessional Astrologers and Customer Service. I've tried their services multiple times in order to see if I can find any astrologer who is worthy of the money they charge but felt truly disappointed. Their on-panel astrologers don't even know the basics of Astrology. They all talk as if they are reading Generalised predictions from an Astrology Software such as Parashar Light. The call charges are quite high, and the call gets disconnected frequently. The support staff is very unprofessional and doesn't believe even in meeting customers' expectations.
