There was a total lack of accountability and follow-up. I placed two prepaid orders advertised to come with free gifts, but neither order included these gifts. After several attempts to reach out, they claimed it was a technical glitch and promised the gifts would be sent later. I'm still waiting—no updates or tracking information. Additionally, the product I received was damaged, indicating poor quality control. In my opinion, the company misleads customers with exaggerated claims and takes advantage of vulnerable individuals. Once payment is made, their responsibility seems to end. I strongly advise against making any purchases; do not waste your money on a company that fails to deliver on its promises.
