The support for returns and refunds is severely lacking. I have been following up for over four days; they delivered the wrong product and are not initiating a refund or return pickup. This is truly disappointing. I never expected such service. I've sent over 100 emails and constantly followed up via messaging, but nothing has worked. This is one of the worst business practices I've encountered.
