My experience with the service has been extremely unsatisfactory. I placed an order for a Pyrite Bracelet on January 5th, and it still hasn't arrived. There has been a lack of proper updates, no accountability, and the customer support has been very inadequate. The prolonged delay without any resolution is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend ordering physical products from this platform. Exercise caution before making any purchases.
