Update - I've upped my review to 5 stars because they have reached out to me with an acceptable solution, well done.I bought a 4 cells 48Wh 15V battery for Asus A41N1501, the exact same battery as I bought in 2023 and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was so tight a fit in the laptop enclosure I had to cut a part of the laptop away.Also the bottom laptop cover doesn't fully shut so the bottom has a bow in it. Luckily the battery is charging from an initial 5% charge. I also didn't return it as the process is not easy.
