Battery arrived on time. But stopped working. I emailed the service email asking for assistance, never heard back. At least with my old battery if the power cable came out it stayed on for a minute and I I could put it back in, now if the power cable is nudges my laptop shuts down. pretty annoyed.They replied below saying they emailed but no email arrived. I've emailed their service email three or four times about it with no reply. Seems they just apologise on trustpilot to make it all seem fine.
