I have had a great experience! I made a mistake when I wrote my email address in my order a therefore had problems to see if the shipment was made and worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the packages. I received so much help and commitment from customers service. They have been checking in several times to see that my packages have been delivered. I’m impressed.Very satisfied with both my lamps. Very stylish and classy looking. Looks just like the pictures shown when I ordered from the website. Good quality and nice to have more unique lamps than the ones you find in the stores. I am so satisfied and will definitely be back the next time I look for a new lamp!
