I ordered Dennehy Lotus Retro glass lamp, but when I received it today I was completely disappointed to find that it looks so cheap and poorly made, with low-quality materials. During the installation the bulb socket broke inside while trying to screw it, although no pressure or wrong actions were applied, it is just very poor quality and made of some brittle, fragile plastic. We cannot even change it with another one, because it is some unusual standard of 35 mm and all available options for bulb sockets for E27 bulbs are bigger than that and will not be compatible with the pendant. Respectively, we will be denied to return it, since it is only possible if the product has not been installed.Unfortunately I ordered 2 more Anthea Retro brass glass lamps, they have not arrived yet, but considering the “quality” of the already received one, I would like to return them, but will have to pay for the shipping fee! Any legitimate online seller provides free returns if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality and the product is returned in its original condition…
