I loved all the lamps I bought from at ease. In the way to Germany, sadly, one lampshade made of glass broke. I took a photo and threw away the whole package. Stella, from the customer service team, replaced the broken lampshade. When it arrived, I realized all the rest was missing. She did not hesitate sending the rest of the lamp once again (apart from the already replaced broken lampshade). Therefore I want to emphasize the great customer service from at ease and Stella. I can only recommend them!
