As always, zero stars is not an option, so we give the congratulatory one. DO NOT bring AthenaHealth into your office if you are looking for an EHR system which prioritizes function over pretty. They work harder on adding a quarterly roll out than fixing the bugs and the problems, just so they can say they have a "new release!" Sure, you can submit and ticket, and it will go straight to India, but I promise you, there will never be a resolution, or you will get a link that you have already reviewed which does not fix or assist you with your issue. They have no concern for what ails their system or how to fix what is already broken. They say they are "aware and working on" all the problems, but never any resolve. Doctors and providers do not care if staff have to relearn a needless new way to add appointment slots on the "backend" because Athena has run out of items to roll out in their releases - they want their bills and claims to drop to the insurance companies without any hassle! When will that be part of the quarterly roll outs? Terrible, terrible company, and if switching wasn't such a hassle, we would be out!
