If I could give the Hampton Inn-Danville 0 stars, I would. I booked this hotel for a stay on Feb. 15, 2025. We had to cancel due to the event being cancelled. I called the hotel to cancel our room within the cancellation period and was still charged for my room. I called the hotel and spoke to Mr. Dewberry several times (one call lasting over an hour of me being on hold waiting for him to speak with Hilton customer service). He said he was willing to process my refund but wanted to know why (on their end) the reservation did not cancel properly. I have not received a refund as of yet 3 weeks later. I contacted Hilton Customer Service and received a case # and was told it would be a 3 day response time-that was almost 2 weeks ago. I will NEVER stay at this hotel. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. You have been warned! Do NOT stay at this hotel!
