I bought a investment 1oz Gold Bar from this dealer. They have REFUSED to put the corresponding SERIAL NUMBER on the Invoice. The Gold Bar is sealed and has a clear serial number on its reverse. After 3 days of collection they are now saying that I may not have purchased it from them. So if it turns out to be FAKE then how can I ever tie it back to Atkinsons. After todays conversation I have lost faith in this company. Any trystable Bullion dealer would have no issues and I am truly saddened today after 3 days of collecting the piece tgat they saud that I may not hsve purchased it from them....what kind of Bullion Trader is this?! I rang Tevex and othe Bullion deakers today and they have saud they would include the Serial Number. When buying something so high in value I exoect more. What happens now if this Gold turns out to be a FAKE??? I have an invoice but will Atkinsons say that I did not purchase it from them?? I have lost faith in this bullion trader already. I will only deal with bullion traders that will include all serial numbers on invouces so their products can be sourced back to them.
