We had had a very stressful time getting our sale and onward purchase over the line and needed a removals company at short notice for our move. Our property was in a remote location with very limited access needing removal companies to be pragmatic and proactive to get the job done. We contacted ATK who were sympathetic to our situation and, where other companies had made a bit of a fuss about the access to our property and been rather negative, ATK just came up with a plan and got on with it.They came to pack our house contents the day before loading was to begin and were friendly, professional, and packed everything very well.On the day of loading they brought a big team to deal with the challenges of our tricky access and got all hands to the pump. Dan was very calm with us and his team, making clear what he needed from us, but generally just getting things done with his team in an efficient manor with little fuss.On the day of the actual move the last few items were loaded quickly allowing us time to give everything a final clean in preparation for the new owners. Dan and has team showed great patience whilst we had to wait longer than expected for the keys to the new house, and once we had access they cheerfully got to work. Critically, even though it was already a longer day than planned, they made sure we were happy with where everything had been put and took there time to check everything rather than rushing off at the first opportunity.House moves are always difficult and challenging times; ATK provided a top class service which inspired confidence and took pressure off us at such a hectic and stressful time, for which my family are genuinely appreciative.
