The good first impression and competitive quote 6 weeks before our move was completely ruined by the email demanding a 40% non-refundable deposit, just 2 weeks before our completion date and before Exchange of Contracts. The justification that ATK had an increase in demand at the time of my move was not acceptable as the additional customers were committed to after agreeing to my move. A shame really as I won't ever recommend this company to anyone I know.
