The arrangements in advance were all made easily and the team that came to pack and load were a delight to have around. Ben gave fantastic advice, support and positive encouragement during the packing up stage. When we arrived at the new, smaller house, the unloading went really quickly and smoothly and the whole team took care to check with me what should go where. They wouldn't leave until all the 'overflow' items that wouldn't fit in the house were safely stored in the shed. I'm hugely grateful.
