I bought some items, and it took around 12 days to come. During those 12 days my dog died and I did not even open the products. I asked them for return, they say arrange the shipment yourself, since this is my desire to return the product. THis is insane. Do not buy from this shop. To return the product from Belgium to Australie costs at lease 60 Euro, while all I paid is 90 Euro. I pleaded them to generate a return label but they do not accept.
