They have a slight cherry favorite, are not bitter tasting, and are easy to swallow. I have not had any issues taking 2 daily.Second: I have only been taking these gummies for 7 days but I already feel like they are effective! My lifestyle has improved. I feel like I have more energy and stamina throughout the day and I have not needed my afternoon nap.Third: I feel more focused and have regained my drive towards working out.
