If Zero rate was available, I would give it to atlas capture. If you choose frustrations, then atlas capture will serve you 1000%. Firstly, you cannot contact them. No support, no email, no phone, just there to do their things. In their system, you will see 3 days for review in Tier 1, now its a month plus. They have disabled tier 1 task, without notice or any communication. In discord, there is nothing. Whenever I click reserve, I get "Tier 1 production labeling is disabled. Tier 1 access is limited to GT trial episodes."
My concerns;
1. Why disable without notice?
2. Where are these GT trial episodes?
3. How do one reach the support?
4. How long should one wait for audit of tier 1?
I'm really frustrated
