I will never order another subscription box to anything again, after ordering from the tea subscription, "atlas tea club", from atlas coffee club. I cancelled my subscription because money got a little tight, and I had to make budget cuts. They charged me anyways, and when I tried to contact them about it, I got an email saying that I needed to update my card information. I asked, how can that be?? You charged me! I don't want the subscription. Now atlas is claiming they never received my payment, so they won't be sending the subscription box! So, not only was I charged for something I could not afford, and did not want, but now I won't even get it after I paid for it?! Insane! I tried contacting their customer service, they have been UNRESPONSIVE other than the initial email stating that I didn't pay!!! This couldn't have happened at a worse time, I can't afford the box, I DEFINITELY can't afford to pay for something I won't even get!!
