I signed up for a subscription on Nov 16 2024 to give as a gift to a family member for Christmas. I placed the first delivery date as Dec. 16th. We are now at December 28th, my family members have not received their gift. I have contacted customer support numerous times. They said they would send out another order. All order tracking is stuck at DHL the shipping partner they use? No one can give me any answers on when my family members will actually receive the product I paid for. I am very disappointed and full of regrets for purchasing a 6 month subscription. I upheld my side by paying for their service. They haven't upheld theirs. Terrible experience.
