Ordered a 12 month subscription for my wife. First shipment was almost a week late. I got a lame excuse that their fulfillment center was running behind. Second shipment was also late. Received another lame excuse that a DHL truck caught fire and they had to refill the orders that were destroyed. I ended up cancelling the subscription. Both shipments sat in Austin TX for 4 days after the label was created until they showed as shipped. A good relationship cannot come from making lame excuses to a new customer. If you can't handle the current customer base, why accept more?
