I've tried to cancel my account through their chat but I get an automated response that they won't be able to answer for a day. Then the next day all I see is an automated message from them saying they haven't heard from me so they're keeping my account open. This is ridiculous! I just want my account closed. I guess I will have to contact my bank to have them be blocked from withdrawing the monthly fee from my account.
