I don't know whether to call it a scam or not, but it is definitely a flawed system. I was never able to get pass the application phase because the system locked after I entered my phone number. I sent many emails and got responses from people with foreign names. Those emails kicked back which means to me that they were not legit email accounts. They send you communication but their system does not allow you to respond back. I never got the card and I have a trusted friend who referred me. I don't recommend this program. You don't want your money tied up in a situation where there is no communication of any kind and your issues will not be resolved.
