I used to be a loyal customer, but I won't be ordering again. I feel misled about my last order. I called multiple times and was given various excuses about delays. I was told my order had been dispatched, then it was out for delivery, and eventually, I had to cancel it. If I had been informed truthfully from the beginning, it would have been acceptable.
