My earlier reviews reflected my past experiences, but I must update you with my latest encounter, which is regrettably only one star. I ordered several items during a recent sale and received confirmation along with a charge to my credit card. However, I got no further communication. When I checked back, I found that two of the three items were out of stock and my order was on hold, despite the charge being processed. I later discovered through the news that the company is in administration. It's disappointing that they continue to accept orders for items they don't have in stock without informing customers. I've informed my card provider. This morning, I received an email claiming they wanted more information about my issue, but it asked for personal details that should never be requested like this, especially since they already have my information from my previous orders. I won't be providing it this way. I won't be surprised if they ignore my review given the current situation.
