Ordered products on 09/02/26 website says a very misleading 5 to 7 working days, the parcel isn’t even received by DHL in that timeline, gets delivered 21/02/26 so it’s already too late for when I wanted it, once I come back from vacation and see the products though, what an absolute rip off, material is so thin, stitching is piss poor, I got everything on offer but there’s no way in hell it’s worth the prices they state full price, worst quality clothing I’ve seen in a while.So of course I return it, it’s received back on 06/03/26 and again very clearly on their website it states 14 days after receiving the parcel they will process your return, again very misleading because I’ve contacted customer service twice now it’s been over 4 weeks at this point and they’re saying it takes 2-6 weeks to refund me, absolute scam artists, clearly they’re just trying to keep people’s money for long enough that they forget about it. Please save yourself the trouble and take my warning, they’re a scam company with fake pictures and products you’d be better off ordering from Temu or Shein at least you’d get your money back when you realise the products are shit and fake.
