I ordered the R7 nemesis, a barbell and some gripper plates. All seems pretty good quality. Interactions with customers service was very quick the first few times. The last time a got a notice that it could take a few days, which I’m waiting on right now.My problem is that I didn’t receive the right cable and therefore cannot use my lat pull and row function. I’m hoping for a fast response because I already waited for several weeks for my order to arrive (it did arrive the day they estimated, so this is not part of the low score). I’m now worried it will take a few more weeks if I don’t hear from them soon, but we will see.Second part of the low score is the poor assembly manual. It wasn’t delivered, so I had the request it. The manual was very poor with a few mistakes aswell. I’m no pro at this stuff, I have the basic equipments at home, but needed to order certain tools to assemble it. It would have been much better to show assembly instructions online with a list of necessary tools. This way I could have ordered the tools while waiting for my product to arrive. They market to individuals and not professionals, so they need to make sure a non-professional can do the job too.If they fix these problems I’d say definitely 4 or 5 stars and I would order again, because the quality seems good for personal use (R7)Edit 15-10-25: after calling customers service I was promised the cable would be sent and I just received it, so problem is solved.
