Card processing issues while I'm in line that make me get on chat to sort it out so that I can get back in line and complete my purchase. Never been late, told me I was eligible for an increase, gave them access to my account then they lowered my limit. No phone call, no email, no explanation...and they did right when it would've helped me most considering I have picked up corporate customers, purchased another truck so Im now burning gas x2. I have been with this company years. Is it because this is a black owned business???
