We like that there are no station restrictions, can use the Visa card anywhere, and we can change tags for what the drivers can use the fuel card for. The mobile app is very easy to log into as the admin and manage the cards or drivers on the go quickly. The website is very easy to use. We had a few issues that caused us extra charges on fuel transactions for a while until we realized what was happening. It's confusing that the same locations don't always have a discount every time you go there or the amount changes drastically. There were a lot of transactions being rejected that said "blacklisted", however we did not have any stations on the blacklist, so there were odd system errors happened that never happened with our previous fuel card. There are transparency issues for the first several months, however after having to speak to customer service about the issues that happened which should have not, they began fixing everything.
