I have been paid for my job. The funds get sent to AtoB with this company. My funds are in my AtoB account. AtoB will not let me access the funds. I called a week ago they said they will be calling back in 24 hours. They obviously have not. I have called a total of 14 times since. Each time I get sent to a call center, each time they read me the same script. “We have escalated your concern to management they will reach out sometime in the future” They have 2000$ of my money sitting in their app unusable. They refuse to help.
