IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE, I got an email saying I have a $6,000 credit limit, the following day I got another email and they gave me a call apologizing and saying I'm only approved for $2,000 limit, They said that they will ship the card to my addres and it will take 2-3 business days. Then after 4 days he gave me a call saying I'm sorry, we can't send you the card anymore, I asked customer service why this happened and they said they don't know and they can't help me. I am surprised, this is the first time in my life I see a bank replying that they are clueless about their situation. Can anyone else help with this situation?
