They are horrible i've been a great customer for a year and a half now paid my bill every month. There have been some unauthorized charges recently unlike a normal credit card company that would help you deal with them. They blame you and say that you use the card, the wrong way and close your account after you were faithfully paid it every month. Then they tell you the only way you can reopen it is to completely pay the account off which, by the way they say they're going to take one way or another via ACH. They give you no option to remove your account. They say that they'll take it whether you want them to or not after talking to an attorney come to find out that's illegal, but I don't think this company follows very many laws. they give you the option to basically use their card as a debit card and instantly withdraw money from your account. Well what is the point in having a card you might as well just use your debit card. This company is full of a bunch of liars I'm going back to wex or some other company. Don't fall for a to b
