ATOB is a horrible company with terrible customer service skills & Practices. The company started off pretty decent in the beginning but now, AWFUL! They recently changed my account from a credit account to a Pay as you go account. My account went delinquent because they added fraudulent fees I was unwilling to pay at the time until I spoke with a supervisor that they were unwilling to transfer me to. Moving forward, I decided to just pay it to continue business with them. Once payed they changed everything up and put me on some sort of prepaid fuel account without notice, nor did a sign a contract for this. I will be canceling business with this company as well as reaching out to my states Attorney General as this seems to be a problem for many companies. They Practice unlawful business practices.
