Hello everyone, today I sent a total of $2,033.82 to a platform for a specific course via crypto payment for a course they don't possess. After payment, I received a download link that was empty. When I contacted customer service, they informed me the course was removed due to copyright issues and asked for a few hours to upload it. After about 4 hours, I checked the link and found an old version of the course instead of the one I had paid for. They uploaded empty folders labeled with the course subjects. This course can easily be found for free online. After contacting customer service again, they continued to ask for more time, despite my previous wait. They have since stopped responding. I recorded our conversations and will share this along with proof on social media to warn others. Please avoid them at all costs! Update: I left a verified negative review that was deleted! Don’t trust any positive reviews—they’re likely fake.
