I feel misled by the information and quotation I received online from Attic Self Storage. The website quoted £45.72 for a 50 sq ft space for one week, which seemed clear and straightforward. However, when I called the next day, I was told there is a minimum stay of 4 weeks and that I must also pay for insurance cover, bringing the total to over £220.Why was this not clearly mentioned in the original quotation? I registered based on the assumption that the cost would be £45, and I believe this kind of pricing presentation is misleading and seems designed to collect personal data for marketing purposes.I’m also concerned about the security of the bank details I provided during registration and hope no unauthorized charges will be made.
