Their AI program states that they referred me through their network of top-tier lawyers. What really happened was their AI assistant (yes, AI again) referred me to a lawyer who went to law school at a not-even-mid-tier school. When I got her on the phone, she was unprofessional, rushed,asking the wrong questions, plus it sounded like she was at Mcdonalds or something.
Everyone: it's really easy to find out about lawyers online. Don't let bottomfeeders waste your time!

They connect with you very fast and they let you known what they can do for you by explaining things briefly and making sure that you understand everything and they let you know if you need any additional help feel free to call and ask.
I guess this company did its job by assigning it to a lawyer but after getting the referral. This company only care about getting you to a lawyer to get the referral fee they do not (either this company or the lawyer they assign you to) care about helping you. Do your own research.
