I have tried to contact customer service several times with no response. I ordered cavier for my daughter, I live in Italy, DHL failed to deliver before the cavier was spoiled. DHL says it is up to shipper to file for refund of products. I spent over £200 euros and now have a spoiled product. No one has contacted me and I have sent all information with no response. it was supposed to be delivered on the Dec24 and was delivered on Dec 30, all ice was water and cavier in tins warm.
