Previously dealt with this company with no problems, so decided to splash out for a surprise supper for my wife who loves caviar, sour cream and blinis - cost £150 for beluga and blinis.Ordered with a week’s notice to make sure there was plenty of time for delivery, sorted out the sour cream and great communication from delivery company advising my package was arriving on time….what could possibly go wrong?Opened the package and no blinis! Surprise ruined!!Contacted Attilus, who advised they had run out of blinis, but sent the caviar anyway, and advised some customers, but not me despite having at least 2 days to allow me to find an alternative. Telling me I could have bought blinis elsewhere is not a sensible option when one lives in the countryside.Good news, they kindly refunded £4.95 for the blinis not supplied. Bad news: TERRIBLE SERVICE, ruined surprise and £145 wasted.
