I had a very disappointing experience with Attode. I ordered two pieces of clothing, but unfortunately neither of them fits me properly. I would like to return both items, but when I try to enter my order number on the website, I keep getting an error message.
I live in the Netherlands, so returning items should not be this complicated. I also emailed customer service to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response at all.
On top of that, I am a student, and I cannot afford to just lose this kind of money. This makes the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this has been a very negative experience due to poor customer support and technical issues with the return process.
