I just finished the GROW Workshop with Attraction Marketing, and I really loved it. Leadership has always been something I've worked on, probably for the last 15 years or more, and this weekend gave me some new ways to think about it that I hadn't considered before.And the thing that stood out most was learning how to think through problems differently and then take that thinking and help your team do the same thing. It wasn't just about learning concepts, it was about actually using them right away. I came away with things I can start doing this week in my business.But the other thing too, the people in the room were really impressive. Entrepreneurs who are serious about what they're doing, working hard at it. And I think that's one of the best parts of these kinds of weekends, being around people who are committed to growing and improving.So I'm grateful I went. I came away with good tools and new ways of looking at leadership that will help me be better at what I do.
