Wasted $40 to have my atv listed only to receive about 40 views and only be contacted by a scammer. Their customer service is not good. They have a number to text, which sometimes requires a follow-up email to get them to reply. I called in to upgrade my plan within the 7-day window and was told I would receive a refund of my initial $19.95. Waited a week and never saw it. Spoke with a person through text only to be told it was never submitted. Also tried to use a link on their website that is supposed to allow for feedback, but the address is invalid. Facebook Marketplace is a much better option, and you will get way more exposure.
