I ordered an expensive lightbox needed for business ($1175) it was delivered and I had to keep it in the box for a few of weeks as i didn't have a safe space to set it up. Once I set it up it was faulty. I have been contacting them for 3 weeks trying to get a replacement as its such a high priced item and they only respond that as its outside of their returns policy its my fault.... they delivered a faulty item to me and wont replace it. This has been really stressful
