The tools are great and bought several tools before I signed up to buy more and great to have power share. The latest delivery, I have a missing battery and check the delivery docket and not even tick the checklist. It says two battery but I only received one. Still waiting for the email reply regarding my inquiry about my missing battery. Tried to call but put in a queue. I’m working so I cannot be on the phone for a longer period to wait. Unfortunately, I only have Saturday off and their office open on weekdays. Hopefully I get an email back
