Communication was timely. Product was much as described by online reviewers. (It was rated best in its class by several trusted reviewers.) It is light and manoeuvres well. Does a great job on my 40 square metres of lawn and edges well. Can get into small spaces, too. It suits my needs exactly. If your needs are similar, I would recommend it. Note: the turbo button is now an automatic function of the machine.
