We recently sold our house in Cork city through Auctioneera and were very happy with their service. From the start Laura arrived prepared with comprehensive knowledge of the area, what we could expect to get, little suggestions of things we could do to improve how the house looked to a buyer. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly and for those reasons we chose her above other auctioneers who had come to value the property.I was swayed by the fixed fee , no-sale-no-fee which is what sets them apart from other auctioneers. Their fixed fee includes the absolutely fantastic photos that were taken, professional photographer quality. The fee in our opinion was very fair and were we ever to sell a house again I would choose Auctioneera over traditional Auctioneer models. Laura was great throughout. Always answering all questions, returning all calls promptly and being a calm and knowledgeable person in the end of the phone when there were unforeseen issues. Very easy and friendly to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.
